More about me

I’m a product designer with 15+ years of experience, 10 of them leading and inspiring teams to find their best version. I’m passionate about Design and creating simple, frictionless experiences that make people's lives better. I specialise in solving problems, making things work and connecting the dots between Business, Product and Design.

I have worked in consulting, founded my own company, and led the Design, UX and Research team at Bankinter for +5 years. There I had the opportunity to build the team from scratch, redesign all the bank’s digital products and expand the Design culture within the organisation. Currently, as leader of the Design team at Verse (CashApp), I am responsible for the quality and consistency of the product’s User Experience and also for monitoring data, user needs and market behaviour to detect opportunities and create new services.

I believe in showing and prototyping what’s possible before it’s built to spread a culture of innovation and design within organisations. I also like to ensure that each project deliverable is of the highest quality and to inspire different approaches to design techniques, enabling the team to think from different angles to a problem.

You can find more details on my LinkedIn page, but if my profile is interesting to you, I would be happy to explain in more detail my experience and what I can bring to the team in a personal interview. I look forward to hearing from you.

Things I write

Designing better products just using common sense.

Understanding the problem that we are trying to solve should always be the first step when we face a Design process. That’s not new, but it’s key if we want to find the solution that makes our product successful and to choose the right tools and techniques to do it.

The six lessons I learned while running my own design consultancy.

I founded Seven Thinkers in 2012. One year after returning to work as an employee, I would like to highlight some of the most useful things that I’ve learned and that may help you in your way if you are thinking of taking the step.

A framework to create a design culture in your company.

Design has won a small place in large companies and organizations as one of the key resources. However, once we’ve achieved to take this space of “being inside”, it’s our responsibility to ensure that Design takes a more relevant role.

Let’s talk!
